2-Story Large Beachfront Apartment

All three units are in the same beachfront building, right on the sand, so groups can book more than one and stay together. Unit A sleeps up to 6, Unit B up to 4 and Unit D up to 10, and all three together sleep up to 20. Newport Beach is a short drive to the Disneyland Resort, which makes it an easy pairing with a park visit.

A one-bedroom, one-bath retreat for couples, small families or a few friends. The bedroom has a queen bed, and a double futon sleeps two more. Free laundry and an assigned carport space (space B) are included.

2-Story Large Beachfront ApartmentUnit D
Our largest unit, on the building's 2nd and 3rd floors, facing the ocean. The lower level has two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and the upper level has a loft-style sleeping area with full-size bunk beds and an accordion door, plus a third bathroom. It's the only unit with a private garage.

House rules at a glance
The same rules apply to all three units. The full house rules are sent with your booking.
Check-in & check-out
Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM.
Minimum age 25
The registered guest must be at least 25 years old. Children of all ages are welcome as part of the group.
No pets
No animals are allowed inside the units or in the patio area.
No smoking
The entire property is non-smoking, including walkways, patio, garage and carport.
Free laundry
A washer and dryer in the garage are free for all guests.
Parking included
Units A and B have an assigned carport space. Unit D has a private garage.
Quiet hours
10:00 PM to 10:00 AM, per city code.
